患方视角下“互联网+医疗”对构建和谐医患关系的影响——以南宁市为例基于SWOT分析法研究

Influence of"Internet+Medical Treatment"on Building Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship from the Perspective of Patients--Taking Nanning City as an Example Based on SWOT Analysis

目的:医患关系是社会关系中普遍和基础的关系,在建设“和谐中国”与“健康中国”的过程中医患关系是必不可少的一环,需要社会各界共同维护。在互联网背景下,信息技术的发展和广泛应用对医患关系产生了较大的影响。方法:基于患方视角下以南宁市居民为调查对象,对“互联网+医疗”影响构建和谐医患关系的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四方面进行分析,找出影响医患关系的关键因素充分发挥最佳的优势,战胜劣势,牢牢把握外部环境中的机遇并且合理有效地利用,积极处理威胁因素。结果:基于上述分析,从医方、患方、政府和社会媒体四个方面提出对策加强非技术层交流,提高医疗服务效率;医院适应新环境,优化医疗资源配置;普及“互联网+医疗”,扩大受益人群;加强健康知识宣教,提升患方健康素养;强化行业监管,规范网络秩序;完善配套法律法规,构建坚实法治基础;完善医保结算服务,提高医疗服务效率;媒体强化正向宣传,避免激化医患矛盾。结论:共建医患命运共同体,共享美好医患关系。

Objective:The doctor-patient relationship is a common and basic relationship in social relations.In the process of building a harmonious and healthy China,the doctor-patient relationship is an essential part,which needs the common maintenance of all sectors of society.In the context of the Internet,the development and wide application of information technology have a great impact on the doctor-patient relationship.Methods:Based on the perspective of patients,this paper takes residents in Nanning as the research object,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the"Internet+medical treatment"influence on the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and finds out the key factors affecting the doctor-patient relationship to give full play to the best advantages,overcome disadvantages,firmly grasp the opportunities in the external environment and make reasonable and effective use of them,and actively deal with the threat factors.Results:Based on the above analysis,countermeasures are put forward from the four aspects of doctors,patients,government and social media to strengthen non-technical exchanges and improve the efficiency of medical services;hospitals adapt to the new environment and optimize the allocation of medical resources;popularize"Internet+medical treatment"and expand the beneficiary population;strengthen health knowledge education and improve the health literacy of patients;strengthen industry supervision and regulate network order;perfect supporting laws and regulations and build a solid foundation for the rule of law;improve medical insurance settlement services and improve the efficiency of medical services;the media should strengthen positive propaganda to avoid intensifying the doctor-patient conflict.Conclusion:To jointly build a community of shared destiny between doctors and patients and share a better relationship between doctors and patients.
