基于网络文本分析的智慧景区发展路径探析——以响沙湾景区为例

Analysis on the Development Path of Smart Scenic Spots Based on Network Text Analysis--Taking Xiangsha Bay Scenic Spot as an Example

随着信息技术的不断发展,旅游产业信息化进程不断地加快,为适应大数据时代下景区的发展,旅游景区开始注重智慧化建设。文章以响沙湾景区为研究对象,运用网络文本分析的方法,通过ROST CM6.0软件提取了响沙湾景区评论样本的高频特征词进行分析,从而了解到游客对现如今响沙湾智慧景区发展的认知,并根据分析结果了解响沙湾智慧景区建设、发展中存在的问题,基于问题现状提出了响沙湾智慧景区可持续发展的路径,以期为响沙湾智慧景区的长远发展提供理论支持和实践指导。

With the continuous development of information technology the informatization process of the tourism industry continues to accelerate.In order to adapt to the development of scenic spots in the era of big data,tourism scenic spots begin to focus on intelligent construction.This paper takes Xiangsha Bay Scenic Spot as the research object,uses the method of network text analysis,and uses ROST CM6.0 software to extract the high-frequency feature words of Xiangsha Bay Scenic Spot comment samples for analysis,so as to understand the tourists'cognition of the development of Xiangsha Bay Scenic Spofs smart scenic spot,and understand the problems in the construction and development of Xiangsha Bay Smart Scenic Spot based on the analysis results.Finally,based on the current situation of the problem,the paper proposes the path of sustainable development of Xiangsha Bay Smart Scenic Spot,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the long-term development of Xiangsha Bay Smart Scenic Spot.
