建筑安装企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势,必须做好工程项目财务管理工作,并规范化核算工程项目,以此提高整体管理水平,保障资金安全。基于此,文章基于建筑安装企业工程项目财务核算规范和核算问题探讨了财务管理的方式,以期控制工程项目成本,提升工程的经济效益。

In order to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition,construction and installation enterprises must do a good job in the financial management of projects and standardize the accounting of projects to improve the overall management level and ensure the safety of funds.Based on this,this paper discusses the financial management methods based on the financial accounting specifications and accounting issues of construction and installation enterprises,so as to control the cost of projects and improve the economic benefits of projects.
