国有企业业财融合转型探究

Discussion on the Transformation of Business and Financial Integration in State-owned Enterprises

在国有企业改革不断推进的背景下,国有企业现有管理制度已无法满足经营需求。而实施业财融合,能促进国有企业财务职能转型,助力国有企业未来发展。基于此,文章分析了目前国有企业实施业财融合存在的问题,如认知不到位、协同能力不足、复合型人才短缺等,并提出了转变思想观念、制定绩效考核机制、培养和引进复合型人才、搭建一体化平台的策略,旨在推动国有企业加快业财融合的步伐。

Under the background of the continuous advancement of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the existing management system of state-owned enterprises can no longer meet the business needs.The implementation of business and financial integration can promote the transformation of the financial function of state-owned enterprises and help the future development of state-owned enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the implementation of business and financial integration in state-owned enterprises,such as insufficient cognition,insufficient coordination ability,and shortage of compound talents,and puts forward strategies to change ideological concepts,formulate performance appraisal mechanisms,train and introduce compound talents,and build an integrated platform,aiming to promote state-owned enterprises to accelerate the pace of business and financial integration.
