Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management in Construction Enterprises

施工企业若想实现可持续发展,就应该采取有效的措施防范财务管理风险,这对施工企业的发展具有非常重要的意义。然而,在施工企业实际运营过程中,往往存在诸多财务管理问题,严重制约了施工企业整体管理水平的提升。基于此,文章着重论述了当前我国施工企业财务管理存在的问题,提出了具体的解决措施,从而提高施工企业的财务管理水平,促进施工企业可持续发展与进步。

In order to achieve sustainable development,construction enterprises should take effective measures to prevent financial management risks,which is of great significance to the development of construction enterprises.However,in the actual operation of construction enterprises,there are many financial management problems,which seriously restrict the improvement of the overall management level of construction enterprises.Based on this,this paper focuses on the current problems in the financial management of construction enterprises in China,and puts forward specific solutions to improve the financial management level of construction enterprises and promote the sustainable development and progress of construction enterprises.
