育苗盘规格对万寿菊发芽及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Seedling Tray Specification on Germination and Seedling Growth

以万寿菊品种“色素1号”种子为试材,研究不同规格孔径育苗盘对种子发芽及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:与72穴育苗盘对照,32穴育苗盘的发芽速度快35.94,平均发芽时间和每日平均发芽数的表现较优,发芽完成时间提前2 d,总发芽率提高2.26个百分点;32穴育苗盘中的幼苗长势相对一致且健壮,72穴育苗盘中的幼苗因空间狭小、紧密而影响苗茎的伸长发育和须根的空间分布,但不同育苗盘对幼苗生长期生物量的影响微弱,建议使用32穴育苗盘进行万寿菊育苗为宜。

Using the seeds of Marigold variety"Pigment No.1"as the test material,the effects of different specification of seedling tray on seed germination and seedling growth and development were studied.The results showed that:Compared with 32 caves seedling tray,the germination speed in 32 caves seedling tray was 35.9 faster,and the average germination time and daily average germination quantity were better.The time needed to complete germination was also 2 days in advance,and the total germination rate was 2.26 percentage points more.The seedling growth in the 32 caves seedling tray is relatively consistent and robust.The seedlings in the 72 caves seedling tray affect the elongation development and the spatial distribution of the root due to the narrow and tight space,but different seedling trays have a weak effect on the biomass in the seedling growth period,so it is advisable to use the 32 caves seedling tray for marigold seedlings.
