摘要
介绍国内外对肾移植术前肾移植后糖尿病(PTDM)的高危人群筛查及护理干预研究进展,指出PTDM预防重于治疗,在移植等待期对肾移植受者进行风险评估,筛查高危人群,运用护理干预手段有效预防肾移植术后PTDM的发展、进展。
