摘要
针对双电动机驱动采煤机截割部在应用中高速级齿轮容易出现损伤的问题,以某公司研制的MG2×180/850-BWD型采煤机截割部为例,建立了电动机驱动齿轮传动系统的联合仿真模型,从动力学角度对高速级齿轮进行动态特性分析,研究表明:双电动机存在转速差,采用机身侧电动机转速低于滚筒侧电动机转速安装方式较好;高速级驱动齿轮啮合的载荷力存在较强的非线性,建议转速差不宜超过5 r/min。
Aiming at the problem that the high-speed gears are easily damaged in the application of dual motor-driven coal miner cutting unit,the joint simulation model of motor-driven gear transmission system is established with the MG2×180/850-BWD coal miner cut-off section developed by a company as an example,and the dynamic characteristics of high-speed gears are analyzed from the kinetic point of view.The research shows that:there is a speed difference between the dual motors,and it is better to adopt the installation method that the motor speed on the body side is lower than the motor speed on the drum side;there is a strong nonlinearity in the load force of high-speed gear mesh,and it is suggested that the speed difference should not exceed 5 r/min.
