摘要
柱塞气举排采工艺是一种依靠气井自身能量实现气井复产、稳产的有效排液采气工艺,可延长气井寿命,恢复气井产能,有利于实现气田高效开发。为在新疆油田成功应用柱塞气举工艺,文中从工艺选井和柱塞优选出发,在理论研究的基础上引入数据分析的方法,通过收集国内外柱塞气举成功应用井的参数,指导新疆油田的井、柱塞工具选择。应用此种方法指导选井共7井次,工艺成功率为100%,对新疆油田柱塞气举工艺的进一步推广具有重要意义。
The plunger gas lift extraction technology is an effective liquid drainage and gas recovery process that relies on the gas well's own energy to achieve recovery and stable production of gas wells.In order to successfully apply the plunger gas lift technology in Xinjiang oilfield,this paper starts from the process well selection and plunger optimization,and introduces the method of data analysis on the basis of theoretical research.By collecting parameters from successful plunger gas lift applications at home and abroad,well and plunger tools in Xinjiang oilfield are selected for 7 well times,the success rate of the process is 100%,which is of great significance to the further promotion of the plunger gas lift process in Xinjiang oilfield.
