摘要
为解决摩托车车圈工件在对焊工序中产生焊接节点影响后续产品制作工艺的问题,必须去除对焊结束后车圈产生的焊接节点。结合实际生产自主开发设计了一台可以实现车圈对焊节点内外依次去除的专机设备。阐述了其设计思想和主要结构,分析了保证质量和效率的关键技术。通过生产实践应用表明,该机使用性能稳定,产品生产效益及产品质量显著提高,在类似车圈对焊节点去除场合下有较高的实用价值。
To solve the motorcycle rim workpieces butt welding process problem which affects the subsequent product manufacturing process,welded joints of the rim produced should be removed after butt welding.Combined with the actual production,a special equipment that can remove the inside and outside butt welded joints of the rim is designed and developed independently.This paper expounds its design idea and main structure,and analyzes the key technologies to ensure quality and efficiency.The practical application of production shows that the machine has stable performance,and can significantly improve product production efficiency and product quality,and has high practical value in similar situations of rim butt welding removal.
