摘要
在Geomagic中通过对螺旋桨叶片点云文件进行点云预处理、封装形成三角面,在多边形阶段进行模型修补和模型优化,进行曲面分类以及对轮廓线进行编辑,最终拟合成曲面。将其导入UG软件中进行模型创建,并完成螺旋桨叶片的五轴数控编程。
In Geomagic,the point cloud file of the propeller blade is preprocessed and packaged to form a triangular surface,model repair and model optimization are carried out in the polygon stage,surface classification and contour line editing are performed.Finally a surface is fitted and imported into UG software to create the model and complete the five-axis NC programming of the propeller.
