阿仑膦酸钠联合钙制剂及二甲双胍对糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of Alendronate combined with calcium and Metformin in patients with diabetic osteoporosis

目的 探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合钙制剂及二甲双胍治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DOP)患者的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将2020年1月-2021年2月常熟市沙家浜卫生院收治的60例DOP患者分为观察组30例和对照组30例,2组均给予钙尔奇D进行常规治疗,对照组和观察组分别给阿仑膦酸钠片和阿仑膦酸钠片联合二甲双胍进行治疗。比较2组治疗前后的骨代谢(TRACP-5b、BALP、BGP)和骨密度水平,并对2组治疗前后的血糖水平进行比较。结果 治疗后2组骨代谢指标均有所改善,且与对照组相比较,观察组BALP、BGP水平更高、TRACP-5b水平更低(P<0.05);治疗后2组不同部位骨密度较治疗前均有所提高,且观察组骨密度水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血糖水平均有所下降,且与对照组比较,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论 将阿仑膦酸钠联合钙制剂和二甲双胍应用于DOP患者的治疗中,有利于降低血糖,且能有效改善骨代谢和骨密度水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alendronate combined with calcium and meformin in the treatment of DOP.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with DOP treated in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were divided into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with calcium Erqi D for routine treatment,and the control group and observation group were treated with alendronate sodium tablets and alendronate sodium tablets combined with metformin respectively.The bone metabolism(tracp-5b,BALP,BGP)and bone mineral density levels of the two groups were compared before and afer treatment,and the blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the bone metabolism indexes of the two groups were improved,and compared with the control group,the levels of BALP and BGP in the observation group were higher,and thelevelof tracp-5b was lower(P<0.05);After treatment,the bone mineral density in diferent partsof the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the level of bone mineral density in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the average blood glucose in the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA_(1)c in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of alendronate combined with calcium and metformin in the treatment of DOP patients is conducive to reduce blood glucose and effectively improve bone metabolism and bone mineral density.
