石榴离体再生体系建立及遗传转化技术研究进展

摘要 石榴果实营养丰富,树形优美,花色鲜艳,果形奇特,是一种兼具食用观赏价值的经济树种,在国内深受大众喜爱。我国石榴种质资源丰富,栽培历史悠久。然而近年来由于栽培技术落后,生产管理粗放,导致品种退化、树势减退。随着生活水平提高和经济的发展,人们对石榴的品质要求日益提高,因而培育优质果苗,筛选优良品种成为石榴生产的必然趋势。采用离体培养技术及构建遗传转化体系,对培育脱毒苗和选育优良品种提供了技术手段。通过对国内外研究成果进行收集分析,对石榴离体培养及遗传转化技术、现状、问题分析及未来研究发展趋势等进行阐述,以期为开展石榴的科学研究和生产实践提供理论基础和科学依据。 Pomegranate has rich nutrition,beautiful tree shape,bright colors and peculiar fruit shape.It is an economic tree species with edible and ornamental value.It is deeply loved by the public in China.China is rich in pomegranate germplasm resources and has a long history of cultivation.However,in recent years,due to backward cultivation techniques and extensive production management,varieties have degenerated and tree vigor has decreased.With the improvement of living standards and economic development,people′s requirements for the quality of pomegranate are increasing.Cultivating high quality seedlings and screening excellent varieties have become the inevitable trend of pomegranate production.In vitro culture technology and genetic transformation system were used to provide technical means for cultivating virus-free seedlings and breeding excellent varieties.By collecting and analyzing the research results at home and abroad,this paper expounds the in vitro culture and genetic transformation technology,current situation,problem analysis and future research development trend of pomegranate,in order to provide theoretical basis and basis for scientific research and production practice of pomegranate.
