基于SWTO方法对山东省氢能产业发展的分析

因传统能源与生俱来的稀缺性,全球能源发展遭遇瓶颈,氢能等新兴能源成为当下各国的关注焦点。近几年,中国制定出台了一系列鼓励氢能产业发展的政策,各地氢能发展势头迅猛。作为能源生产和消耗大省之一的山东省,如何认识氢能产业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,进而尝试寻求氢能产业科学规划、健康发展之路,是实现新旧动能转换、经济转型升级的关键环节。

Because of the inherent scarcity of traditional energy,the global energy development has encountered a bottleneck,and emerging energy such as hydrogen energy has become the focus of attention of all countries.Driven by the leading countries in the development of hydrogen energy industry,in recent years,China has formulated and promulgated a series of policies for the development of hydrogen energy industry,and the development momentum of hydrogen energy in various places is rapid.Shandong Province,as one of the major energy production and consumption provinces,how to recognize the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of hydrogen energy industry,and then try to f ind a scientif ic planning and healthy development path of hydrogen energy industry,is a key link to realize the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and economic transformation and upgrading.
