Risk and Safety Management Measures of Working in Conf ined Space

随着中国石油化工领域迅猛发展,各类检维修工作量也随之增加。在维护过程中,许多操作需要进入受限空间内进行。这类空间作业条件恶劣,环境密闭复杂,一直是安全事故的高发区域。为杜绝石化企业有限空间事故的发生,文章首先介绍了受限空间的定义,再从其危险因素分类出发,进行全面的风险辨识,最终提出有效的安全管理控制措施,目的是有效地保障石化企业安全稳定运行,降低受限空间事故发生率。

With the rapid development of China’s petrochemical industry,the workload of various types of inspection and maintenance has also increased.During maintenance,many operations need to be carried out in conf ined space.This kind of space has been a high incidence area of safety accidents due to its poor working conditions and complex closed environment.In order to prevent the occurrence of conf ined space accidents in petrochemical enterprises,this paper f irst introduces the def inition of conf ined space,and then carries out a comprehensive risk identif ication based on the classif ication of risk factors,and f inally proposes effective safety management and control measures to effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of petrochemical enterprises and reduce the incidence of conf ined space accidents.
