消防救援队伍在化学品灾害事故中的处置对策

Countermeasures of Fire Rescue Team in Chemical Disaster Accident

大部分化学品灾害事故的处置挑战性较大,且消防救援队伍面临的危险也十分突出。为有效降低化学品灾害事故所造成的经济损失,更好地提升消防救援队伍对化学品灾害事故的处置效率,必须要进一步明确化学品灾害事故的发生规律。文章简要论述了化工火灾的成因,分析了化学灾害事故的处理特点和难点,最后提出了消防救援队伍应对化学灾害事故的救援准备和主要处置策略。

Chemical disasters and accidents generally have the characteristics of diff icult rescue,diff icult disposal and great danger,which is a great challenge to the f ire rescue team.In order to effectively reduce the economic losses caused by chemical disasters and accidents and improve the handling eff iciency of chemical disasters and accidents,the f ire rescue team must further clarify the rules and characteristics of chemical disasters and accidents.In this paper,the causes of chemical f ire are briefly discussed,and the disposal characteristics and diff iculties of chemical disaster accidents are analyzed.Finally,the starting point,rescue preparation and main disposal strategies of f ire rescue teams in response to chemical disaster accidents are proposed.
