摘要
井眼轨道设计是大位移井的关键技术之一。目前大位移井轨道优选多通过经验确定,缺少科学合理的判定依据。为此,利用双增模型、拟悬链线模型及侧悬链线模型设计轨迹曲线,创新性地提出了基于四因素面积法的大位移井轨迹设计优选方法:利用完钻井深、稳斜角、套管下入悬重及钻杆起下钻侧向力编号排序,以四因素菱形覆盖面积大小判定轨迹优劣。针对渤海浅层大位移井C1井,利用四因素面积法综合评价认为采用侧悬链线轨迹设计方法最合适。该方法已经成为渤海油田浅层大位移井钻井轨道设计优选的最有效依据。
At present,the trajectory optimization of extended reach wells is mostly determined by experience,lacking scientific and reasonable judgment basis.For this reason,the trajectory curve is designed by using the double increase model,the pseudocatenary model and the side suspension line model,and the optimization method of the extended reach well trajectory design based on the four-factor area method is innovatively proposed.For the C1 well,the four-factor area method is used to comprehensively recommend the use of the lateral catenary trajectory design method.This research result can be used as the basis for the optimization of the extended reach well trajectory.
