一种结构优化的水平轴风力发电机组的风轮

摘要 为解决传统小型水平轴风力发电组存在的起动性能欠佳、风速适应范围过窄、风能利用率偏低等问题,针对性地提出一种优化设计的小型水平轴风力发电机组的风轮结构。该结构从空气动力学和结构力学原理出发,以风轮本体的优化设计为重点,同时搭建具有消除逆向转矩的对风装置和稳定可靠的传动机构,力求使风轮系统成为高效吸收风能的有机统一体。样机实验表明:所设计的风轮具有起动风速较低、风向适应性强、运行稳定可靠、风能利用率较高等特点。 In order to solve the problems of traditional small horizontal axis wind turbine,such as poor starting performance,narrow wind speed adaptation range and low wind energy utilization rate,an optimized design of the wind wheel structure of small horizontal axis wind turbine is proposed.Starting from the principles of aerodynamics and structural mechanics,the structure focuses on the optimal design of the wind turbine body,and at the same time builds a wind control device with the ability to eliminate reverse torque and a stable and reliable transmission mechanism,striving to make the wind turbine system an organic unity that can efficiently absorb wind energy.The prototype experiment shows that the designed wind wheel has the characteristics of low starting wind speed,strong wind direction adaptability,stable and reliable operation,and high utilization rate of wind energy.
