摘要
通过研究,建立了用离子色谱法测定饮用水中低浓度高氯酸盐的检测方法。仪器条件为:样品经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,进样量为800μL;选用IonPac AS20(2*250 mm)阴离子分析柱;通过30 mmol/L KOH淋洗液;流速为0.300 mL/min;电导检测器,等度淋洗进行检测。结果表明,使用该方法测定饮用水中高氯酸盐,线性相关性好(r=0.9998),灵敏度高(方法检测限为0.10μg/L),精密度高(RSD为0.09%~0.44%),准确度好(质控样测定结果在标准样品证书给定的可接受测量值范围内)。在一段连续的时间内使用本方法测定上海饮用水中的高氯酸盐含量,仅个别样品检测出含有高氯酸盐,检出浓度也远远低于GB5749-2022中0.07mg/L的限值要求,可以初步判断上海的饮用水总体安全可控。
In this paper,a method for the determination of low concentration perchlorate in drinking water by ion chromatography was established.The instrument conditions were as follows:the sample was directly injected after filtration with 0.45μm filter membrane,and the injection volume was 800μL.IonPac AS20(2*250mm)anion analytical column was selected;through 30mmol/L KOH eluent;the flow rate was 0.300mL/min;withconductivity detector and isocratic elution for detection.The results showed that this method had good linear correlation(r=0.9998),high sensitivity(the detection limit was 0.10μg/L),high precision(RSD was 0.09%~0.44%)and good accuracy(the determination results of quality control samples were within the acceptable measurement range given by the standard sample certificate).The perchlorate content in drinking water in Shanghai was determined by this method in a continuous period of time.Only a few samples were detected to contain perchlorate,and the detected concentration was far lower than the limit of 0.07mg/L in GB5749-2022.It can be preliminarily judged that the overall safety of drinking water in Shanghai is controllable.
