摘要
某新建大型机场航站楼指廊区域包括2个指廊和24个登机桥,指廊钢结构用量共计5 300 t;登机桥结构跨度25 m~38 m,采用钢框架结构,共计8 300 t。指廊屋面为大跨度结构,施工中存在众多难点,而且钢结构和土建交叉作业频繁,并存在多个作业面同时施工的情况。根据钢结构分布情况将钢结构施工分为2个区段,将每个区段分3个施工阶段进行施工,通过合理的施工部署,顺利完成了大型机场航站楼指廊钢结构施工。
The newly built large airport terminal corridor area includes two corridors and 24 boarding bridges.The total amount of steel structure used for the corridors is 5300 t;The boarding bridge has a structural span of 25 m~38 m and is of steel frame structure,totaling 8300.The roof of the gallery is a large-span structure,and there are many difficulties in the construction.Moreover,the steel structure and civil engineering are frequently cross operated,and multiple working faces are constructed at the same time.According to the distribution of steel structure,the steel structure construction is divided into two sections,and each section is divided into three construction stages.Through reasonable construction deployment,the steel structure construction of the large airport terminal corridor is successfully completed.
