摘要
LID技术是一种关于对自然水文条件进行模拟,在水的源头对雨水进行控制和管理的一种技术,它主要是通过较为分散且较小规模的源头,来实现对雨水污染源头有效控制,以此来实现对暴雨下形成的径流与污染进行有效控制,能够以良好的“弹性”应对由降雨带来的洪涝灾害,通过吸水、蓄水等方式将储存雨水进行合理的释放以及净化加以利用。主要从LID关键技术与海绵城市基本概念出发,阐释LID关键技术在海绵城市建设中的应用,城市雨季出现洪涝灾害时一方面可以具有有效降低城市降雨洪水带来的危害,另一方面可以针对水资源进行二次净化利用达到节能减排、保护生态的目的。
LID technology is a technology that simulates natural hydrological conditions and controls and manages rainwater at the source of water.It mainly realizes effective control of the source of rainwater pollution through relatively dispersed and small-scale sources,so as to effectively control runoff and pollution generated under heavy rain.It can deal with the flood disasters brought by rainfall with good"elasticity",and reasonably release and purify the stored rainwater by means of water absorption and water storage.Based on LID key technologies and the basic concept of sponge city,explains the application of LID key technologies in the construction of sponge city.In case of flood disasters in the rainy season,on the one hand,LID can effectively reduce the harm caused by rainfall and flood in the city;on the other hand,it can conduct secondary purification and utilization of water resources to achieve the purpose of energy saving,emission reduction and ecological protection.
