建筑空调冷冻水输配系统节能控制技术的应用

摘要 本文探究了空调冷冻水输配系统节能控制技术在现代建筑中的应用。文章首先介绍了输配系统节能控制的原理以及冷冻水输配系统设计中应满足的节能控制能效和节能控制效益指标。随后以风机盘管为例,探究冷冻水输配系统节能控制技术。研究表明,以水量通断控制为主的输配系统中,调节旁通阀的开度改变供回水管路中冷冻水的流量,可以将温差维持在合理范围内,达到节能控制的效果。科学选择感测元件和执行机构,对进一步提高节能控制效果有积极帮助。 This paper explores the application of energy saving control technology of air-conditioning chilled water transmission and distribution system in modern buildings.This paper first introduces the principle of energy saving control of the transmission and distribution system,and the energy saving control energy efficiency and energy saving control benefit index that should be satisfied in the design of the chilled water transmission and distribution system.Then take fan coil as an example to explore the energy saving control technology of chilled water transmission and distribution system.The research shows that in the water supply and distribution system based on the water supply and disconnection control,the temperature difference can be maintained within a reasonable range and the effect of energy saving control can be achieved by adjusting the opening of the bypass valve to change the chilled water flow in the water supply and return pipelines.Scientific selection of sensing element and actuator is helpful to further improve the effect of energy saving control.
