某预应力混凝土连续桥设计研究

摘要 基于《公路桥涵设计通用规范》的相关要求和桥梁设计的通用做法,参照桥梁设计的基本原则对福建省宁德蕉城区大桥开展了初步设计,为保证最终设计方案能够满足工程的需要,根据工程实际特点拟定了3个比选方案,预应力混凝土连续梁桥、预应力混凝土连续刚构桥和下承式钢管混凝土拱桥,并针对各种方案及其优缺点和桥梁设计原则,综合考虑多方因素后确定了预应力混凝土连续刚构桥方案,根据方案特点对桥梁结构的总体尺寸和主要材料参数进行了确定,并对桥梁纵断面、横断面、细部尺寸和下部结构均进行了深入细致的研究设计,最终选定了全桥对称的结构,并对结构中的预应力钢束进行了估算布置。 Based on the relevant requirements of the General Code for the Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts and the general practice of bridge design,and referring to the basic principles of bridge design,the preliminary design of the bridge in Jiaocheng District,Ningde,Fujian Province was carried out.In order to ensure that the final design scheme can meet the needs of the project,three alternative schemes were proposed according to the actual characteristics of the project:prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge,prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,and through concrete filled steel tube arch bridge,In view of various advantages and disadvantages of various schemes and bridge design principles,the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge scheme is determined after comprehensive consideration of various factors.The overall size and main material parameters of the bridge structure are determined according to the characteristics of the scheme,and the bridge longitudinal section,cross section,detail size and substructure are thoroughly and carefully studied and designed,and the symmetrical structure of the whole bridge is finally selected,The prestressed steel strands in the structure are estimated and arranged.
