高温质子导体陶瓷分离回收痕量氢

摘要 为开发涉氚装置中痕量氢同位素的新型分离回收技术,采用高温质子导体陶瓷CaZr0.9In0.1O3-α材料,设计加工了一端为半球形、另一端为开口的质子导体陶瓷电化学氢泵,研究了He中100 ppm H2混合气的痕量氢分离回收性能,结果表明,脱氢因子大于104,氢回收效率高于99%,并在氦中0.12%H2混合气条件下验证了质子导体陶瓷电化学氢泵的扩展应用技术可行性分析,证明了质子导体陶瓷电化学氢泵具有应用于痕量氢同位素分离回收的潜力。 In order to develop the trace hydrogen separation and recovery technologies in tritium apparatus,a experimental hydrogen pump apparatus with a large one-end closed proton-conducting ceramic tube of CaZr0.9In0.1O3-αwas designed and manufactured.The trace hydrogen separation and recovery characteristics of the electrochemical hydrogen pump were studied in case of helium with 100 ppm levels of hydrogen.These results indicated that more than 99%of hydrogen supplied was separated and recovered,and the electrochemical hydrogen isotopes pump will be one of potential trace hydrogen separation and recovery technologies.
