加料机料液智能引射系统的设计与应用

摘要 为了解决在烟草加工工艺中加料工序中不同牌号烟叶柔性加工与高强加工不能使用同一引射介质的问题,设计了加料机料液智能引射系统。系统利用算法对比,实现引射介质自动切换,将人工切换引射介质,转变为自动下发指令与执行阀门动作,再通过智能校验对牌号、阀门状态等进行防差错校验,实现加料机料液的智能引射。使用加料机料液智能引射系统后,切换引射介质流程发生了改变,无须人工手动操作,切换时间由25.2 min降低至4.2 min,效率提升了497%。 In order to solve the problem that the same ejecting medium cannot be used for flexible processing and high-strength processing of different brands of tobacco leaves in the feeding process of tobacco processing technology,an intelligent ejecting system of the feeding machine's feed liquid was designed.The system uses algorithm comparison to realize automatic switching of the injection medium,which changes the manual switching of the injection medium into automatic issuing of instructions and executing of valve actions,and then performs error-proof verification of the brand and valve status through intelligent verification,so as to realize the intelligent injection of the feeding machine.After using the feed liquid intelligent injection system of the charging machine,the process of switching the injection medium has changed,without manual operation,the switching time has been reduced from 25.2 min to 4.2 min,and the efficiency has increased by 497%.
