本文结合某风电项目中的风机塔筒,探究了现浇混凝土风机塔筒的施工技术要点。文章首先介绍了项目基本情况,随后重点从模板支撑体系的安装、塔筒内、外侧模板的吊装以及模板的连接与拼缝处理、混凝土的浇灌等方面,概述了风机塔筒各施工环节的技术要点,为现浇混凝土风机塔筒的施工管理提供了经验借鉴。

This paper explores the key points of construction technology of cast-in-place concrete fan tower in a wind power project.This paper first introduces the basic situation of the project,and then focuses on the installation of formwork support system,the hoisting of the inner and outer formwork of the tower drum,the connection and joint treatment of the formwork,the pouring of concrete,etc.,summarizes the technical key points of each construction link of the fan tower drum,which provides experience for the construction management of the cast-in-place concrete fan tower drum.
