某内燃动车组噪声控制设计及卫生间噪声超标问题分析

摘要 内燃动车组因配置大功率内燃动力包,使得整车噪声控制较电动车组困难。通过对某内燃动车组进行合理的噪声控制设计,使整车噪声指标均满足合同要求。同时对卫生间噪声超标问题进行详细分析,制定优化解决方案,该解决方案具有通用性,可适用于其他动车组项目。 Due to the configuration of the high-power power pack,the diesel multiple unit(DMU)makes noise control more difficult than that of the electric multiple unit(EMU).In this paper,through the reasonable design and management of the noise control of a DMU,the noise indicators of the whole vehicle can meet the contract requirements.At the same time,the problem of excessive noise in toilets is analyzed in detail,and an optimized solution is developed.This solution is universal and can be applied to other EMU projects.
