基于人群数字画像的高铁新城功能设施布局与优化研究——以杭州南站为例

Research on the Layout and Optimization of Functional Facilities of High-speed Railway New Town Based on Digital Portrait of People:A Case Study of Hangzhou South Railway Station

交通枢纽的建设给城市发展带来了机遇与挑战。一方面,人流、功能和业态的集聚极大改变了地区功能结构;另一方面,枢纽区建成后的空置现象暴露出功能配套设施落后的弊端。以杭州南站为例,综合利用LBS、POI、用地、问卷等多源数据,从地域、社会、经济、行为、需求5个特征维度构建高铁新城及周边地区的人群数字画像库,刻画高铁新城片区人群特征及活动偏好。进一步针对典型人群及其行为活动特征,剖析区域尺度职住空间、功能设施供给存在的不足,为目标人群规划适配功能设施和品质空间,引导高铁新城地区的品质提升。

The construction of transportation hub has brought opportunities and challenges to urban development.On the one hand,the concentration of people flow,functions and business forms have greatly changed the regional functional structure.On the other hand,the vacant phenomenon after the completion of the hub area has exposed the disadvantages of backward functional supporting facilities.Taking Hangzhou South Railway Station as an example,this paper comprehensively uses multi-source data including LBS data,POI data,land use data and questionnaire interview data to build a digital portrait database of people in the new high-speed railway city and its surrounding areas from the five characteristic dimensions of region,society,economy,behavior and demand,and depicts the characteristics and activity preferences of people in the new high-speed railway city area.According to the characteristics of typical people and their behaviors and activities,it then analyzes the deficiencies in the supply of functional facilities at the regional scale,and plans the appropriate functional facilities and quality space for the target group,so as to guide the quality improvement of the high-speed railway new town area.
