滨州市某三甲医院半失能脑卒中患者运动自我效能现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Exercise Self-efficacy in Semi Disabled Stroke Patients in a Third Grade A Hospital of Binzhou City

目的:探讨滨州市某三甲医院半失能脑卒中患者运动自我效能现状及其影响因素,为患者实施有效的临床干预提供依据。方法:应用便利抽样的方法,选取157例半失能脑卒中患者为研究对象,分别采用运动自我效能量表、Barthel指数量表及社会支持评定量表对患者进行调查。结果:本组患者运动自我效能评分(6.54±1.80)分;经单因素和多因素分析显示,受教育程度、疾病复发次数、对锻炼的益处是否了解、患病前是否有规律的运动锻炼习惯和患病病程是半失能脑卒中患者运动自我效能的影响因素(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示,半失能脑卒中患者的运动自我效能总分与社会支持总分、Barthel指数总分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:半失能脑卒中患者运动自我效能水平为中等,有待进一步提高,因此,临床医护工作者可根据患者的相关影响因素,有针对性地实施干预措施,从而提高患者运动自我效能感。

Objective:To explore the status quo of exercise self-efficacy and its influencing factors in semi-disabled stroke patients,and so as to provide basis for effective clinical intervention in patients.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method,157 semi-disabled stroke patients were selected as the research subjects.Patients were investigated by applying the exercise self-efficacy scale,Barthel index quantity scale and social support rating scale,respectively.Results:In this study,the sports self-efficacy scores in semi disabled stroke patients were(6.54±1.80).Single factor and multi factor analysis showed that education level,the number of disease recurrences,whether they understand the benefits of exercise,whether they have regular exercise habits before illness and the course of illness were the influencing factors of sports self-efficacy in semi disabled stroke patients(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the total scores of motor self-efficacy and the total scores of social support in patients with semi disabled stroke,and there was a positive correlation between the total scores of Barthel index(P<0.01).Conclusion:The exercise self-efficacy of semi disabled stroke patients is at the middle level,which needs to be further improved.Clinical medical staff should carry out targeted intervention on the influencing factors of motor self-efficacy in patients with semi disability stroke,so as to improve the motor self-efficacy of patients.
