摘要
目的:分析江苏省卫生人力资源配置公平性影响因素,提出提升路径。方法:利用模糊集定性比较分析法,对江苏省卫生人力资源配置公平性现状进行分析,并梳理组态路径。结果:高公平性组包含3条路径,地区人口密度、人均工资性收入是核心因果条件;低公平性组包含4条路径,人均医疗保健支出是核心因果条件。结论:强化就业引导,鼓励卫生人才回流下沉;强化机制引导,保障卫生人才收入水平;强化观念引导,激发医疗健康需求;强化协调引导,实现卫生人力资源配置高公平性。
Objective To explore the influencing factors and improvement path of the fairness in the allocation of health human resources in Jiangsu Province.Methods The fairness of health human resource allocation in Jiangsu Province was evaluated by means of fsQCA,and the configuration path was sorted out.Results The high equity group contains 3 paths,and the regional population density and per capita wage income are the core conditions.The low equity group contains 4 paths,and the per capita health care expenditure is the core condition.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the guidance of talents,improve income standards,and stimulate medical care needs to achieve high fairness of health human resource allocation.
