股权结构对高管超额在职消费的影响——以我国A股国有上市公司为研究样本

On the Influences of Shareholding Structure on Senior Executives’Excess Perks Consumption——Taking A-share State-owned Listed Companies in China as Research Samples

以2013—2020年国企上市公司为研究样本,从股权多样性、股权制衡度的视角研究股权结构对高管超额在职消费的影响。研究结果表示:股权多样性、股权制衡度都可以在一定程度上抑制国企高管超额在职消费行为。在国有企业的混合所有制改革(简称“国企混改”)背景下分析股权结构对高管超额在职消费的影响,补充了相关领域的研究,建议国企进行混改使股权达到平衡,提升公司治理效率,抑制高管腐败行为的发生。

State-owned listed companies from 2013 to 2020 were selected as research samples to study the impact of shareholding structure on senior executives’excess perks consumption from the perspectives of equity diversity and equity balance.The results indicate that both equity diversity and equity balance can exercise restraints upon senior executives’excess perks consumption to some extent.Against the context of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs),this paper,as a supplement to the research in related areas,suggests that SOEs carry out mixed ownership reform so as to achieve equity balance,enhance the efficiency of corporate governance and inhibit the incidence of corruption.
