高职院校思政课程法治教育功能的审视与完善

Reviewing and Improving the Functions of Education on Rule of Law in Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

审视高职院校思政课程的法治教育功能发现:从教材内容看,法治教育内容少;从师资队伍看,法学教育专业师资不足;从教学效果看,不少高职生法治意识不强。可见,高职院校思政课的法治教育功能亟待完善。结合高职院校的特点,从传授法律规范与法律制度、加强法治理念与法治价值的引领、促进法治思维与法治行为的养成3个层面入手,明确思政教师的法治教育职责,将法治教育切实落实在课堂教学中,可以完善高职思政课的法治教育功能。

By reviewing the function of education on rule of law in ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,several problems have been found,including little relevant content in teaching materials,lack of teachers qualified in legal education and students’weak awareness of rule of law.It is thus obvious that the above-mentioned function needs to be improved urgently.Taking into account the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper proposed that ideological and political teachers should clarify their responsibilities of education on the rule of law and earnestly carry out that education in classroom teaching from the aspects of passing on legal norms and system,strengthening the concept of the rule of law and its value guidance,and helping students shape their thinking and behavior based on the rule of law.
