硬石膏-矿渣粉复合掺合料蒸养活性表征分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于活性定量分析理论,提出了表征复合掺合料强度评价的重要技术参数—蒸养比强度系数。文章通过试验研究了硬石膏-矿渣粉复合掺合料替代30%对比水泥,制作胶砂试件,蒸汽养护后测定的胶砂强度。在此基础上,计算了硬石膏-矿渣粉复合掺合料的蒸养比强度系数,分析了不同龄期、不同企业的硬石膏-矿渣粉复合掺合料的蒸养活性变化规律,为不同企业蒸养复合掺合料的选择提供技术依据。结果表明:硬石膏-矿渣粉复合掺合料的蒸养活性与受检胶砂试件和掺合料的掺加比例大小有关;硬石膏-矿渣粉复合掺合料蒸养比强度系数的测定,既可以定性判定掺合料是否合格,还可以定量分析其不同龄期蒸养活性的大小。 Based on the activity quantitative analysis theory,the steam curing specific strength coefficient,which is an important technical parameter to characterize the strength evaluation of composite admixtures,was proposed.In this paper,anhydrite and slag powder composite admixture was used to replace 30%contrast cement to make mortar specimens,and the strength of mortar was determined after steam curing.On this basis,the steam curing specific strength coefficient of anhydrite slag powder composite admixture is calculated,and the steam curing activity change law of anhydrite slag powder composite admixture in different ages and enterprises is analyzed,which provides technical basis for the selection of steam curing composite admixture in different enterprises.The results show that the steam curing activity of the anhydrite slag powder composite admixture is related to the proportion of the tested mortar sample and the admixture;The determination of the steam curing specific strength coefficient of anhydrite slag powder composite admixture can not only qualitatively determine whether the admixture is qualified,but also quantitatively analyze its steam curing activity at different ages.
