镁质抗裂剂在混凝土靠船墩裂缝控制中的应用

摘要 混凝土靠船墩常年位于水中,混凝土的开裂会导致渗水,从而影响靠船墩的安全使用。研究结合某工程的结构尺寸及环境特点,通过在混凝土中添加镁质抗裂剂配制补偿收缩混凝土,同时运用配合比优化、施工过程控制、拆模及养护控制等手段,综合解决混凝土收缩开裂问题。结果表明:镁质抗裂剂能有效降低混凝土的温度收缩开裂风险,在混凝土内部降温完成后仍处于微膨胀状态。 The concrete dolphin lies in the water all the year round,the concrete crack will cause the seepage,thus affects the durability of the dolphin.This paper combined with the structural dimension and environmental characteristics of a project,the shrinkage compensating concrete is prepared by adding magnesium crack-resistant agent into the concrete,at the same time,control technology of optimizating concrete mix ratio,construction process,demoulding and maintenance are used to solve the shrinkage cracking of concrete.The results show that the magnesium crack-resistant agent can effectively reduce the risk of temperature shrinkage cracking of concrete,and the concrete is still in a micro-expansion state after the internal cooling is completed.
