摘要 针对高振实密度、大粒径片状银粉在球磨过程中出现的团聚、振实密度低问题,通过对球磨前后银粉的微观形貌和物性数据进行分析,研究了原料球形银粉的分散性对银粉球磨后的影响。结果表明,原粉分散性对球磨后片状银粉质量影响较大,当球磨银粉原料粒度分布(D_(100)-D_(10))/D_(50)的数值越接近于1.0,比表面积接近0.22 m^(2)/g,振实密度大于4.5 g/cm^(3),经过球磨所得到的片状银粉相应具有较高的振实密度和分散性,在客户应用端使用良好。这一经验能在生产高振实密度、大粒径片状银粉时快捷地筛选出适合的球磨原粉。 There are problems of agglomeration and low tapped density during ball-milling of producing high tapped-density and large silver flakes.To solve them,the effect of dispersion of raw spherical silver flakes on silver flakes ball-milling was investigated by analyzing the microscopic morphology and physical properties data of silver flakes before and after ball-milling.The results show that the dispersion of the raw flakes has a large influence on the quality of the silver flakes after ball milling,and when the value of the particle size distribution(D_(100)-D_(10))/D_(50) of the ball-milled raw material is closer to 1.0,the specific surface area is close to 0.22 m^(2)/g,and the tapped density is greater than 4.5 g/cm^(3),the silver flakes obtained after ball-milling has a correspondingly higher tapped density and dispersion,and is used well at the customer application end.It can be used to quickly select the suitable raw material for ball-milling when producing high tapped-density and large particle size silver flakes.
