城市核心地段创新型业态综合体设计

Design of an Innovative Business Complex in the Core Area of the City

创新型业态综合体正逐步成为城市核心地段的一种建设发展方向,以联庄冠二留用地项目设计为例,对城市核心地段创新型业态综合体的人流引入、功能塑造、产业生态圈的打造等问题进行了相关探索与实践。设计充分利用城市展示界面,采用开放街区模式及TOD模式实现人流的引入,并结合地块价值进行功能业态的排布,从而将项目融入片区发展态势之中,打造产业生态圈,为人们提供全新的生产生活方式。希望为类似项目设计提供一定的借鉴。

The innovative business complex is becoming an increasingly popular direction for construction and development in urban core areas.This paper explores and practices the introduction of people flow,function shaping,and industrial ecosystem building in innovative business complexes in urban core areas,using the design of the Lianzhuang Guan'er reserved land project as an example.The design fully utilizes the urban display interface and adopts the open block and TOD modes to introduce people flow.It also combines the value of the land plot to arrange the functional format,integrating the development trend of the area into the project and creating an industrial ecosystem.This paper aims to provide a reference for the design of similar projects.
