预制竹纹清水混凝土挂板在杭州国家版本馆中的应用

预制竹纹清水混凝土装饰挂板具有特殊装饰效果,符合个性化定制要求等特点。在此结合杭州国家版本馆外立面工程,从生产过程中所涉及的混凝土配合比、竹模选型、钢竹模具组装、混凝土浇筑、养护、脱模、堆放等方面对其关键生产工序进行研究,可供类似工程参考。

With the bamboo-like texture precast fair-faced concrete decorative external wall panels that have special decorative effect and meet the requirements of individualzed customization as the carrier.the critical production processes are studied.In this paper,the concrete mix proportion,bamboo mould selection,steel bamboo mould assembly,concrete pouring,curing.demoulding and stacking are discussed,and the critical production processes of customized precast fair-faced concrete extermal wall panels are summarized based on the project of Hangzhou Branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture,which provides a reference for similar projects.
