Exploration of Management Methods of Quota Design in EPC Project

结合项目案例,探索分析了当招标技术资料存在错漏、涉及专业种类繁杂和各参建方的设计管理模式不协调等常见问题时的项目限额管理方法,并在实际项目中建立了基于施工图出图管控流程的EPC项目限额设计管理方法。该方法的实施有效提高了各方管控效率,并在一定程度上规避了项目设计超限额风险,对提高EPC项目限额设计管理水平发挥了积极作用。

This paper aims to analyze the quota management methods for engineering projects that suffer from errors or omissions in bidding documents,the complexity of different types of specialties,and the uncoordinated design management modes of various participating parties based on existing project cases.Quota management methods for EPC projects are further established in practical engineering by utilizing the construction drawing control process.The results show that the proposed quota management methods for EPC projects can effectively improve the management efficiency of all parties,avoid the risk of exceeding the limit of project design,and play a positive role in improving the management level of EPC quota design.
