激光打印法制备滤纸复合材料用于油水分离与盐水淡化

Preparation of Filter Paper Composite by Laser Printing for Oil-water Separation and Solar-thermal Desalination

摘要 为了有效处理石油与盐污染水体,通过激光打印墨粉法制备了同时拥有疏水亲油性能与光热转换效应的滤纸复合材料(filter paper composites,FPCs)。对材料的微观结构与化学组成进行了表征,并测定了材料的油水分离效率和光热转换性能。结果表明FPCs粗糙多孔,具有疏水亲油性能,高通量分离油水混合物的同时可保持优异的分离效率(99.3%),并且10次使用后仍然能够保持良好的分离能力。FPCs还拥有优异的光热转换性能,在一个太阳光强度下(1 kW/m^(2)),水的蒸发速率可达1.06 kg·h/m^(2),光能转换效率(η)可达75.8%,盐水淡化后盐度从105 mg/L下降到1 mg/L。该研究结果可为石油与盐污染水体的治理提供理论基础。 For effective treatment of oil and salt contaminated water,filter paper composites(FPCs)with hydrophobic and oleophilic properties and photothermal conversion effect were prepared by using laser printing method.The microstructure and chemical composition of the material were characterized,and the oil-water separation efficiency and photothermal conversion performance of the material were measured.The results showed that FPCs material were rough and had hydrophobic and lipophilic properties.They could maintain excellent separation efficiency(99.3%)while separating oil-water mixtures with high throughput,and still maintain good separation capacity after 10 times repeated use.FPCs also had excellent photothermal conversion performance.Under a simulated sunlight(1 kw/m^(2)),the evaporation rate of water would reach 1.06 kg h^(-1)m^(-2) and the light energy conversion efficiency could be improved(η)Up to 75.8%,and the salinity decreased from105 mg/L to 1 mg/L after desalination.The results would provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of oily and saline wastewater.
