针灸通督法联合丹红注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion Tongdu method with Danhong Injection on ischemic stroke

目的探讨针灸通督法联合丹红注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取西安中医脑病医院2020年3月至2022年3月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者共120例为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各60例。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予针灸通督法,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予丹红注射液,观察两组患者治疗后总有效率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、凋亡调控因子水平与血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后研究组总有效率为88.33%,对照组总有效率为63.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)、Caspase-9水平、生长分化因子15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子1(plasminogen activator inhibitor 1,PAI-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸通督法联合丹红注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可降低神经功能缺损程度,调节细胞凋亡,降低炎性因子水平,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion Tongdu method and Danhong Injection on ischemic stroke.Methods 120 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Xi′an Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine,and the control group was added acupuncture and moxibustion Tongdu method,and the study group was given Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,the score of the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),the level of apoptosis-regulating factors and the level of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 88.33%,and that of the control group was 63.66%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the NIHSS score of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of caspase-3,caspase-9,growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI-1)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion Tongdu method with Danhong injection have a significant effect on ischemic stroke,reduce the degree of nerve function defect,alleviate cell apoptosis and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have clinical application value.
