并行输水双顶管下穿高速公路路基数值模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国基础设施建设的不断完善,公路、水利等行业的相互交叉越来越多,而水利行业采用输水管道形式下穿公路路基成为水利与公路交叉的最主要形式,目前,其下穿高速路基对高速公路影响的研究还不够深入。文中以贵州省夹岩水利枢纽及黔西北供水工程龙窝寨输水并行双顶管下穿仁望高速公路(白黔段)为例,通过三维数值模拟研究分析并行输水双管开挖及顶进施工对高速公路路基、路面沉降变形的影响;同时以顶管施工完成后路面的纵向最大沉降为研究重点,得到路面纵向沉降规律,以实现施工过程中的变形监测,从而最大限度地降低双顶管施工对已运营高速公路的影响,保障高速公路营运安全。 With the continuous improvement of China′s infrastructure,more and more industries such as highway and water conservancy intersect with each other,while the water conservancy industry adopts the water conveyance pipeline type to pass through under highway subgrade as the main type of crossing between water conservancy and highway.At present,the research on the impact of underpass highway subgrade on expressway is not deep enough.Taking Guizhou Jiayan Water Conservancy Project and Longwozhai Water Supply Project in Northwest Guizhou Province as an example,the influence of excavation and jacking construction of parallel water delivery double pipes on the settlement and deformation of subgrade and pavement of expressway is analyzed through three-dimensional numerical simulation.In addition,focusing on the longitudinal maximum settlement of the pavement after the completion of pipe jacking construction,the longitudinal settlement law of the pavement is obtained.The calculated results play a good role in predicting the deformation monitoring during the construction process,which minimizes the impact of double-jacking pipe construction on the existing expressway,ensures the operation safety of expressway,and provides reference for other similar pipe-jacking projects.
