抗裂材料在桥梁主塔大体积混凝土施工中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究大体积混凝土的开裂原因、开裂类型,以及常见的裂缝控制措施,文中依据某斜拉桥主塔,通过建模计算分析大体积混凝土的温度应力状态,在现场施工过程中利用镁质抗裂剂、玄武岩纤维等抗裂材料选取试验段进行研究,解决现场主塔塔柱开裂问题。结果表明,利用氧化镁作为抗裂剂,可以有效补偿大体积混凝土的温度收缩裂纹,有效解决主塔塔柱开裂问题,从而提升工程质量。 In order to study the causes,types and common crack control measures of mass concrete cracking,the thermal stress state of mass concrete is analyzed through modeling and calculation based on the main tower of a cable-stayed bridge.And the test section is selected for research by using magnesium anti-cracking agent,basalt fiber and other anti-cracking materials in the field construction process,focusing on solving the cracking problem of the main tower column on site.The results show that using magnesium oxide as anti-cracking agent can effectively compensate the temperature shrinkage crack of mass concrete and solve the cracking problem of main tower column,thus improving the engineering quality.
