摘要
为了探究硬质沥青在实体工程中的适用性,明确不同工艺硬质沥青路用性能差异,选取工程建设过程极具代表性的3种硬质沥青ERES、DHS、Thermcotank,对硬质沥青及其混合料的高温性能、低温性能、抗疲劳性能展开研究。结果表明,硬质沥青的高温性能较容易保证,而低温抗裂和抗疲劳性能可以作为选材过程中重点关注的技术指标。硬质沥青混合料高温稳定性差别不大,3种沥青混合料可同时满足法国规范中EME2和GB4关于车辙变形率的要求。Thermcotank沥青混合料性能指标综合表现较优,可满足有高模量沥青混凝土EME2建设需求的项目,DHS沥青混合料因疲劳性能,只可达到法国标准关于沥青稳定碎石GB4的要求,ERES沥青混合料则适用于交通等级要求相对更低的沥青路面。
In order to explore the applicability of hard asphalt in solid engineering,and clarify the road performance difference of hard asphalt with different processes,three kinds of hard asphalt,which are very representative in the construction process of the project,ERES,DHS and Thermcotank are selected to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and fatigue resistance of hard asphalt and its mixture.The results show that the high temperature performance of hard asphalt is easy to ensure,and the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance can be used as the key technical indicators in the material selection process.The high temperature stability of hard asphalt mixture is similar,and the three asphalt mixtures can meet the requirements of EME2 and GB4 on rutting deformation rate in French specifications at the same time.Thermotank asphalt mixture has excellent comprehensive performance indicators,which can meet the needs of high modulus asphalt concrete EME2 construction projects.DHS asphalt mixture can only meet the requirements of the French standard for asphalt stabilized macadam GB4 due to its fatigue performance,while ERES asphalt mixture is applicable to asphalt pavement with relatively lower traffic grade requirements.
