摘要
目前,过程性评价虽已广泛应用于高校教学,但仍然存在着系统性不高、针对性不强、高阶性不足等问题,同时对学生能力的培养大多停滞于低阶水平。本研究以布鲁姆认知目标分类法为指导,聚焦金课标准,构建以能力为导向的评价体系,强化评价体系的系统性和针对性,并使过程性评价与医师胜任力紧密联系,以助力“两性一度”教学目标的实现。
At present,process assessment has been widely used in college teaching.However,there are still some problems about it,such as low systematicness,imprecise pertinence and insufficient higher-order learning,and the cultivation of students’ability is mostly stagnant at lower level.This study,which was guided by Bloom’s Taxonomy by the perspective of Golden Courses,constructed a competency-oriented evaluation system,strengthened the systematicness and pertinence of the system,and made the process evaluation closely related to the competence of doctors.This new evaluation system ultimately helps to achieve the teaching objective of“two characteristics and one degree”in histology and embryology.
