镍基高温合金L型薄壁环车削工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 燃气轮机燃烧器L型薄壁环是一种高温合金材质的薄壁零件,兼具难加工材料和难加工结构的双重难加工属性,深入分析其结构特点及加工难点,通过探讨薄壁环在车削加工中受切削力、夹紧力、切削热和残余应力的影响极易变形、零件精度不易保证等技术问题,从而提出了燃气轮机燃烧器L型薄壁环的车削工艺路线、刀具选型、夹具方案、切削参数选择方案,零件车削加工变形得到控制、形位精度得以保证,最终给出了批量加工的工艺方案。对该车削工艺方案阐述和总结,为其它难加工材料薄壁零件提供参考。 The L-type thin-walled ring of gas turbine combustor is a thin-walled part made of superalloy,which has the dual properties of difficult-to-machine materials and difficult-to-machine structures.This paper analyzes its structural characteristics and processing difficulties in depth.Due to the influence of cutting force,clamping force,cutting heat and residual stress,it is easy to deform,and the accuracy of parts is not easy to ensure.Therefore,the turning process route,tool selection,fixture scheme,cutting process of L-type thin-walled ring of gas turbine burner are proposed.The parameter selection scheme,the deformation of the parts during turning processing can be controlled,and the shape and position accuracy can be guaranteed.Finally,the technological scheme of batch processing is given.This paper expounds and summarizes the turning process plan,and provides a reference for other difficult-to-machine thin-walled parts.
