Discussion on the Theoretical Calculation of the Filling Glue Content of Cladding Steel by Post-injection Method

后注工法包钢灌注胶含量在各个省份的计价定额和建设部编稿中标注的含量均不一致,定额中也并未注明不同钢板厚度、不同粘贴形式如何计算调整含量。在实际工程应用中主要采用此种加固方式施工的项目,定额含量高低对工程造价影响重大。如何调整定额含量,确定工程造价成为依据定额计算费用需要慎重考虑的问题。目前常用调整含量的方法有三种:参考其他省份含量、根据经验、现场测定。这三种方式都存有一定局限性。文章根据规范允许的原构件的施工偏差,用理论计算的方法测算后注工法包钢灌注胶的含量。理论计算与实际工程对比,灌注胶含量基本一致,理论计算也是后注工法包钢灌注胶定额含量调整的一种方式。案例计算反映出,在加固定额含量调整的取定上,相对准确计算加固修缮定额材料相关含量要求造价人员首先要对定额采用的依据熟悉,对实际工艺、实际用量清楚,并且要考虑既有建筑物建筑原有构件施工偏差影响。

The valuation quota of the filling glue content of the post-injection method is inconsistent with the content marked in the draft by the Ministry of Construction in each province,and the quota does not indicate how to calculate the adjusted content of different plate thickness and different paste forms.In the actual engineering application mainly adopts this reinforcement method of construction projects,the level of the quota content has a significant impact on the project cost,how to adjust the quota content,determine the project cost has become the need to calculate the cost according to the quota needs to be carefully considered.At present,there are three commonly used methods to adjust the content:refer to the content of other provinces,according to experience,on-site measurement.All three methods have certain limitations.According to the construction deviation of the original component allowed by the code,the content of the filling glue is calculated by theoretical calculation method.By comparing theoretical calculation with practical engineering,the calculated content of theoretical calculation method is consistent with the actual application of dosage,and the theoretical calculation is also a way to adjust the fixed content of filling glue of envelopment steel by post-injection method.Through case calculation,it is reflected that in the determination of reinforcement quota content adjustment,relatively accurate calculation of the relevant content of reinforcement and repair quota materials requires cost personnel to first be familiar with the basis of quota adoption,clear about the actual process and actual dosage,and consider the influence of the construction deviation of the original components of the existing buildings.
