协同软件在中小型工程造价咨询企业信息化管理中的应用研究

中小型造价咨询企业进行信息化管理是顺应时代发展、提升自身核心竞争力的有效途径。文章通过分析中小型造价咨询企业开展信息化管理面临管理者意识落后、信息化建设成本高、软件服务供应不足的问题,针对中小型造价咨询企业需要实现高效行政管理、合同履行实时监控、简化质量复核流程、造价数据数字化存储及共享的目标,利用“企业微信”平台构建了涵盖“行政管理”“合同管理”“质量管理”“造价数据管理”四大功能板块的信息化管理系统,并做了具体实践分析,总结了该系统的优势与不足。实践表明,该系统是现阶段适用于中小型造价咨询企业信息化管理的有效过渡解决方案,可为未来全面有效的信息化管理打下基础,实现从无到有的突破。

Information management is the inevitable way for small and medium-sized cost consulting enterprises to adapt to the development of the times and improve their core competitiveness.Through the management practice of engineering cost consulting enterprises,this paper puts forward effective plans to realize the information management of small and mediumsized cost consulting enterprises at the present stage.With a comprehensive analysis of problems of informationization management facing small and medium-sized cost consulting enterprises,including outdated management consciousness of managers,high informational construction cost,insufficient software service supply,and at the same time it explores the factors to achieve goals of small and medium-sized cost consulting enterprises,namely highly efficient administration management,real-time monitoring of contract performance,simplification of quality review process,and digitalization of data storage and sharing of goals.Using the"WeCom"platform to construct the information management system with"administration management""contract management""quality management""cost data management"four functional modules,and conducting concrete practice analysis,it sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the system.The practice shows that the system is an effective transitional solution to implementing the information management of small and medium-sized cost consulting enterprises at the present stage,which can lay a foundation for a comprehensive and effective information management in the future and achieve a breakthrough from 0 to 1.
