摘要
建筑工业化是建筑业的长期任务,进入新时代,建筑业需提升工业化水平,实现高质量发展。建筑智能建造是发展趋势,对应行业人才培养模式需要转型。针对智能建造背景下专业教师教学能力有所欠缺的现实情况,文章提出教师提升交叉学科知识学习能力、实践动手能力、创新能力、研究能力、沟通互动能力五种教学能力的具体实施途径,以提升智能建造专业教师培养与社会需求的匹配度,为智能建造专业培养具有全面影响力的高层次教学型教师提供借鉴。
Industrialization of construction is the fundamental long-term task of the construction industry,and the new era calls on the whole industry to enhance the level of industrialization to achieve high-quality development.Intelligent construction of buildings is the development trend,and talent training needs innovation.This paper studies and summarizes the deficiency of current professional teachers’teaching ability against the background of intelligent construction,and then proposes specific implementation approaches to improve their teaching ability in five aspects:comprehensive quality,practical ability,innovation ability,research ability,communication and interaction ability.The teaching practice results show that the teaching effect of composite mechanics course based on the concept of engineering teaching is good,which is conducive to the construction of engineering composite mechanics knowledge system for students.
