摘要
根据GB/T 11017.2—2014和ICEA S-108-720-2018标准,并结合公司生产制造经验,设计了110 kV 1 600 mm2常规结构和优化结构的高压电缆,优化电缆包括导体、绝缘层、铝护套和外护套优化,并研究了两种结构高压电缆的性能。结果表明:优化结构电缆相对于常规结构电缆,其材料消耗明显降低,绝缘层、金属护套和外护套材料消耗分别降低了17.5%,35.6%和33.6%。优化结构电缆最大装盘量显著提升,能够有效减少线路接头数量。在相同敷设条件下,相对于常规结构电缆,优化结构电缆输电容量明显提升,其空气中的载流量提高了17.5%,土壤中的载流量提高了11.8%。
In accordance with GB/T 11017.2—2014 and ICEA S-108-720-2018,together with manufacturing experience,two types of 110 kV 1600 mm2 high voltage power cable were designed,one is with the normal structure,another is with the optimized structure,for the later design,cable conductor,insulation thickness,Aluminum sheath and outer sheath thickness were optimized respectively,moreover the properties of these two cables were studied.The results showed that,comparing with the normal structure cable,the material consumption of the optimized structure cable is significantly reduced,the material consumption of insulation,metallic sheath and outer sheath were decreased by approximate 17.5%,35.6%and 33.6%respectively.The maximum drum length was greatly increased,which effectively reduced the number of joints.The current rating of the optimized structure cable was increased by 17.5%in air and 11.8%in soil when both cables were in the same installation conditions.
