城市低碳绿色消费是生态文明和可持续发展的重要体现。城市低碳绿色消费的主要特征包括示范效应凸显、物质与精神并重、健康观念驱动和关注减少浪费。研究发现,目前我国城市低碳绿色消费面临着收入分配结构、价格因素、供需错配、消费环境等多种因素的制约。未来需要从政策支持和制度创新、增强居民低碳绿色消费意愿和能力、提升低碳绿色消费供给质量、发展绿色公共消费等路径入手,构建多元主体共同参与的城市低碳绿色消费体系。

Urban low-carbon and green consumption is an important manifestation of ecological civilization and sustainable development.The main characteristics of urban low-carbon and green consumption include prominent demonstration effect,equal emphasis on material and spirit,health concept driving and focus on reducing waste.It is found that at present,low-carbon and green consumption in China is faced with various factors such as income distribution structure,price factors,supply and demand mismatch,consumption environment and so on.In the future,it is necessary to start with policy support and institutional innovation,enhance residents' willingness and ability of low-carbon and green consumption,improve the quality of low-carbon and green consumption supply,and develop green public consumption,so as to build a low-carbon and green urban consumption system with the participation of multiple subjects.
